Can I return or exchange my order?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email info@libaasbygt.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will make sure you receive the correct piece. If the item you ordered is sold out, you will be offered a refund.
What if I choose the wrong size?
A size guide is available on every product page. Please make sure to measure yourself carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Do your pieces come with hijabs or inners?
Please refer to the product description and details for each item.
Some abayas include a matching hijab (this will be clearly stated).
Some abayas include a matching two-piece inner set (this will also be clearly stated).
Our desi wear includes a matching dupatta (this will be clearly mentioned).

Currently, we only ship within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). We offer free pickup of orders within Mississauga (exact location can be sent if requested)
